Judgment : S. Rajeswaran, J. 1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming to seek the production of the alleged wife viz., R.Usha, aged 20 years, before this Court. 2. Today, the respondent-Police produced the detenue/the alleged wife of the petitioner before this Court and the detenue's parents are also present before this Court. 3. On enquiry, the detenue told us that she has completed Diploma in Computer Science and she totally denies all other relationships that are being mentioned in the petition by the petitioner. Further she made it very clear that she is with her parents on her own and made it clear that she would not like to meet or even talk to the petitioner, who is present here. In his presence also she said so. 4. In the light of the clear and categorical statement made by the detenue, a major, nothing further remains to be considered excepting setting her at liberty to be on her own. In the event of any disturbance by the petitioner hereinafter, either to the family of the detenue or to the detenue herself, it is open to them to give a complaint to the respondent-Police and the respondent-Police shall take action against the petitioner as per law. 5. In the result, the petition is closed.
