Judgment 1. The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent not to interfere the civil dispute which is the subject matter of O.S.No.112 of 2014 and O.S.No.176 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Valliyoor. 2. By consent of both parties, the main writ petition is itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 3. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the first respondent. 4. From the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it is seen that the petitioner is stated to be aggrieved by the action of the first respondent police who according to the petitioner is exceeding the jurisdiction and interfering with a civil matter. 5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent has received a complaint of forgery against the petitioner and the same is being enquired into and subsequently no interference with the civil proceedings which are pending before the civil Court. 6. In the light of the above, the writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
