JUDGMENT Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya, J. The controversy in the present proceedings relates to a road which is stated to be under the control of the Nagar Palika Parishad, Sitapur. The grievance of the petitioners appears to be that the road was closed to the use of local residents by the Arms Training Centre. 2. The record contains a report dated 27 June 2014 submitted by the Additional District Magistrate, Sitapur following a Committee which was constituted by the District Collector. Thereafter the Additional District Magistrate, Sitapur addressed a communication on 30 June 2014 to the Urban Development Department. 3. Since the issue is pending before the Urban Development Department in pursuance of the communication dated 30 June 2014, we direct the Principal Secretary, Urban Development Department to resolve the matter by taking into account the views of affected stakeholders. This exercise may be completed expeditiously. 4. In the meantime, we may also note that the Committee, which was constituted by the District Collector, has issued a direction to the effect that no construction shall be carried out in the meantime. Hence, in view of this direction, there is no reason for the Court to issue any further direction. 5. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
