Judgment 1. The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the letter dated 25.6.2013 addressed to the Government Advocate, High Court, Madras, by the Block Development Officer, Minjur and a copy of the proceedings of the District Collector, Thiruvallur, who is the first respondent herein, in Na.Ka.No.2944/2012/A9 dated 21.3.2013 before this Court and submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
