JUDGMENT The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition as the issue involved in the case is settled. He has also made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect. The counsel for the respondent has no objection for the petitioner-management withdrawing the amount already deposited to the credit of the first respondent in I.D.No.249 of 2008, pursuant to the interim orders of this Court. Accordingly, the Labour Court is directed to enable the petitioner-management to withdraw the amount lying in deposit with the Nationalised Bank within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the above observation and direction, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
