Judgment : 1. Though the petitioners have sought for regularisation of their services with effect 16.10.1985, 21.10.1985 and 2.11.1987 respectively, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have made representations dated 7.2.2011 and 18.12.2011 respectively, to the second respondent and it would suffice if this Court directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the same. 2. In view of the relief now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 7.2.2011 and 18.12.2011, on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
