Judgment : 1. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner/Accused has made an endorsement in the Criminal Revision Case to the effect that he may be permitted to withdraw this Revision. 2. Recording the said fact and the endorsement so made, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
