JUDGMENT : M. Jaichandren, J. 1. This writ petition is filed, for a certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent Tribunal, in SA-95/2013, dated 18.11.2013 and e-auction notice of the 1st respondent, dated 7.12.2013, and to quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent bank, to grant four months time, to clear the outstanding loan amount. 2. Heard Mr. C.Chinnasamy, learned Senior counsel, for Mr. Naveen Kumar Murthi, appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr. A.V. Radhakrishna, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the first respondent. 3. At this stage of hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent bank had submitted that the e-auction sale scheduled to have been held, on 13.1.2014, did not take place, as there were no bidders. The learned Senior counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioners, had not refuted the said submission, made on behalf of the first respondent bank. In such circumstances, no further order is necessary, in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
