Devarasu v. Inspector of Police, Thirunavalur Police Station

2014-07-25

C.T.SELVAM

body2014
Judgment : 1. Petitioners challenge the order of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram, passed in C.M.P.No.1277 of 2014 on 10.06.2014. 2. Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram, under orders in C.M.P.No.1277 of 2014 dated 10.06.2014, cancelled the order of anticipatory bail passed in favour of petitioners herein on the reasoning that the petitioners were guilty of one further offence under section 366-A IPC when having had the relief of anticipatory bail in an earlier case of similar nature. 3. On hearing learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and learned counsel for petitioners as also on perusing the records, the case appears to be one where the parents of the boy are in a sea of trouble owing to an incessant love affair between their son and the alleged victim girl. 4. This Criminal Revision shall stand allowed. The order of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram, passed in C.M.P.No.1277 of 2014 on 10.06.2014, shall stand set aside. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
