JUDGMENT : Suresh Kait, J. (Oral):-- CM No. 10555/2014 (for exemption) Exemptions allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 5308/2014 1. Vide the present petition, the petitioners are seeking directions against the respondent No. 1 to demarcate the land belonging to their mother comprising in Khasra No. 687/3, measuring 1 Bigha 1 Biswa in Village Bhalaswa Jahangirpuri, Delhi. 2. Further seeking mutation and necessary amendments so that the land in question reflects in the name of mother of the petitioners. 3. Ms. Meenakshi Midha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners made numerous representations to the concerned authorities to carry out the demarcation; however, there is no response from them. She further submits that the last representation was made by the petitioners on 21.04.2014, which is still pending for decision taken by the concerned Deputy Commissioner. 4. Though, the petitioners are seeking demarcation, however, neither the Deputy Commissioner/SDM nor Tehsildar has been made party in this case. 5. However, in the interest of justice, I direct the Deputy Commissioner (North) to dispose of the representation dated 21.04.2014 of the petitioners within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of. 7. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties. 8. The Registry of this Court is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned Deputy Commissioner for compliance.
