Judgment : 1. The Learned counsel for the Petitioners has made the following endorsement in the typed set of papers of the Contempt Petition “The Petitioners may be permitted to join as TCL with a liberty to challenge the order of TCL passed by the respondent in the manner known to law”. 2. Recording the aforesaid fact and endorsement so made, the Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the Petitioners to challenge the order of TCL passed by the Respondents, in accordance with law.
