Judgment 1. This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to register petitioner's complaint dated 08.07.2014 and take necessary action in accordance with law. 2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 08.07.2014, the second respondent has already registered a case in Crime No.412 of 2014 on 31.07.2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 355 and 506(ii) I.P.C. 3.
