Judgment 1. This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the impugned order vide Na.Ka.No.917/A/2012 dated 09.06.2014 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents to immediately reimburse the bid amount of Rs.6,56,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs and Fifty Six Thousand only) and with 5% bid amount of Welfare Scheme and other amounts. 2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 3. Though the petitioner sought for the relief as above, the learned Counsel for the petitioner restricted his submission to consider the claim of the petitioner for refund of Rs.6,56,000/- (Rupees Six Lakhs and Fifty Six Thousand only) along with 5% bid amount and other amounts and if appropriate orders are passed by the respondents, the petitioner would be satisfied. 4. It is also seen that by the impugned order, the second respondent forwarded the claim of the petitioner to the first respondent. It appears that no orders have been passed by the first respondent so far. 5. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the recommendation of the second respondent dated 09.06.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today. 6. The writ petition is disposed of as above. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
