Judgment : 1. This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the 3rd respondent to register a case/F.I.R on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.09.2012. 2. Both the counsel would represent that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 18.09.2012, the third respondent has already registered a case in Crime No.18 of 2014 on 21.07.2014 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i), 406, 498-A, 485 I.P.C and Sections 4 and 5 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 3. Recording the above submission, this petition is closed. 4. However, taking into consideration the matter is a family dispute, this matter is referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench for arriving at an amicable settlement.
