JUDGMENT Hon'ble Mahendra Dayal, J. (C.M.Application No.56701 of 2014-Application for modification of the order dated 07.05.2014) Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. 2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 07.05.2014, whereby the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been dismissed on merit. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the order dated 07.05.2014, the arguments placed by the learned counsel for the petitioners have not been recorded. It has further been prayed that time for surrender may kindly be extended for the period of next two weeks.. 4. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the aforesaid application on the ground that while entertaining the application for modification of the order, this Hon'ble Court can not enter into the merit of the case. So far as the second part of the relief for extension of time is concerned, the learned A.G.A. has no objection. 6. In view of the above, the application is partly allowed to the extent that in case the applicants surrender before the court below and apply for bail within a period of two weeks from today, the benefit of the order dated 07.05.2014 shall be extended to them. For the rest of the relief, the application is dismissed.
