Judgment M. Jaichandren, J. 1. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition, in W.P.(MD)No.8562 of 2014. He has also filed a miscellaneous petition in M.P.(MD) No.3 of 2014 to that effect. 2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and in view of the averments made in the affidavit, filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, this writ petition is dismissed, as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions, are closed. No costs.
