Judgment : 1. The petitioner has come before this Court seeking early disposal of the proceedings initiated under Section 145 of Criminal Procedure Code initiated by the first respondent/ Revenue Divisional Officer in respect of the property comprised in Survey Nos. 372/10A, 373/2C, 373/2D, 373/3, 373/4, 374/1, 375/1A & 373/2E totally measuring about 16 Acres and 23 Cents in Thullukutti Naickanoor Village, Sedapatti Union, Peraiyur Taluk, Madurai District. 2. The proceedings under Section 145 of Criminal Procedure Code were initiated on 13.03.2013 and till date, no action has been taken and the enquiry has been conducted by the first respondent and hence he come before this Court. 3. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents. 4. Taking into consideration the fact that the proceedings under Section 145 of Criminal Procedure Code were initiated in March 2013, it is appropriate to direct the first respondent to conclude the said proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
