Judgment : 1. This Court by an order dated 14.06.2013 in Crl.O.P.No.14541 of 2013 directed the respondent – Police to complete the investigation of the case in Crime No.293 of 2012 and to file the final report, within a period of 15 days. 2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that sofar no final report has been filed by the respondent. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police has filed a Charge Sheet before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chingleput, in C.C.No.267 of 2014. 4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Contempt Petition is closed.
