Judgment : V. Dhanapalan, J., 1. A perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the petition shows that the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition for the public cause at large. However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, upon subsequently realizing that this Bench is not the proper forum to agitate the matter involving larger public interest, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take up the matter before competent forum and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement. 2. Recording the said submission and endorsement made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
