Judgment 1. The petitioner has given a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.122 of 2013 against the accused with regard to fabrication of documents and the said complaint was registered under Sections 420, 471, 294(B), 323 and 506(i) IPC on 15.10.2013, but, till date no action has been taken. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents. 3. Taking into consideration, the F.I.R was registered on 15.10.2013 and the allegations made by the petitioner is that, it is not properly investigated and cannot be sustained. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner is rejected. However, the respondents police are directed to investigate the matter as expeditiously as possible. 4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
