Judgment 1. The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner and his community people to worship the Arulmigu Aathinamilagi Ayyanar and Elaikatha Amman Annual Eruthukattu and Puravi Eduppu Temple during the festival dates i.e., on 29.08.2014, 30.08.2014 and 31.08.2014. The petitioner seeks further direction that the subscription fee has to be received from the petitioner. 2. It is an admitted fact that the temple in question is under the control of H.R. and C.E. It is not known who is collecting the subscription fee and what is the grievance of the petitioner as against certain private parties. This Court cannot be a party to all those matters which are all internal dispute between two groups of private individuals. This Court is only concerned with the allegation that the petitioner and his community people are prevented from participating in the festival and worship the deity. 3. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions from the third respondent submitted that no official has prevented the petitioner from worshipping the deity during the festival time. 4. In the light of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the Official respondents to ensure that the petitioner and his community people are permitted to worship the deity on the festival dates viz., 29.08.2014, 30.08.2014 and 31.08.2014. 5. As observed above, this Court is not concerned about the internal matters and collection of fees and other things pertaining to the private parties and it is for the petitioner to work out his rights in the manner known to law as against the private parties and this Court order is only regarding the right of the petitioner to worship the deity on the festival dates. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
