Judgment 1. The second accused is before this Court seeking early disposal of the case in C.C.No.295 of 2012 stating that the matter is pending for long time as the case was filed as early in the year 2009. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the matter is posted for the evidence of PWs 1,2 and 3 today. 4. In view of that the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. However, the petitioner as well as the prosecution is directed to co-operate with the trial Court for early disposal of the case. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal original petition is ordered.
