JUDGMENT Heard Mr. K.K. Mahanta, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. J. Sharma, lerned counsel for the respondents. This is a revision filed by the defendants against the order dated 12.08.2013 passed in Petition No.3589/13 arising out of T.S. No.20/2007 by the Civil Judge No.3, Kamrup at Guwahati. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner (defendant) and on perusal of the records of the case, I do not wish to express any opinion on the legality and correctness of the contentions raised in this petition and grant the liberty to the petitioner to challenge the legality and correctness of the order, if occasion so arises in an appeal if required to be filed against the final judgment disposing of the suit. It is with this liberty, this revision petition is disposed of without examining the merits and demerits of the controversy.
