Judgment M. Jaichandren, J. 1. Heard Mr.K.M.Ramesh, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant and Mr.E.T.Rajendran, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ appeal, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant had submitted that it would suffice, if the appellant is permitted to submit a fresh application to the third respondent for recognition of the Service Association, as per Central Civil Services (Recognition of Service Associations) Rules, 1993, and on such application being submitted, the third respondent may be directed to consider and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible. 3. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 4. In such circumstances, it is made clear that it would be open to the appellant to submit a fresh application, to the third respondent, with regard to the recognition of the appellant as Service Association, as per the provisions of the Central Civil Services (Recognition of Service Associations) Rules, 1993, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. On receipt of such application, the third respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon, as per the said Rules, as expeditiously as possible. 5. Accordingly, this writ appeal stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
