Judgment : 1. The de-facto complainant has come before this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.65 of 2014 which was registered based on the complaint. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3. The original complaint was given on 12.05.2014 in relation to the occurrence said to have occurred on 09.05.2014. The said complaint was registered in Crime No.65 of 2014. Now, two months have gone. In view of that time limit cannot be fixed as prayed for by the petitioner. However, the second respondent is directed to expedite the filing of the final report after the investigation. 4. The Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with the above observations.
