Judgment 1. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to issue a suitable direction to the respondents directing them not to interfere in the civil dispute and also not to harass the petitioner. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that there is a civil dispute in respect of the property in Survey No.83/3B at Sirumalai Village, Dindigul Taluk, with one Mr. Rajangam. Therefore, O.S.No.444 of 2012 has been filed before the District Munsif Court, Dindigul, by the petitioner against the complainant Rajangam and two others seeking declaration of title, permanent injunction and other reliefs. When the said suit is pending, based on the complaint of the said Rajangam, the petitioner is unnecessarily being harassed and the respondents are interfered with the civil matter which compelled the petitioner to approach this Court. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 4. A perusal of the record would show that there is a civil dispute and the matter is seized up by the District Munsif, Dindigul, in O.S.No.444 of 2012 between the petitioner and the complainant. When the matter is seized up by the Civil Court, the respondents have no jurisdiction to interfere with the civil matter. Accordingly, the respondents are prohibited from interfere with the civil dispute. 5. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
