Judgment 1. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents 2 to 5 not to harass the petitioner by involving in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the sixth respondent by conducting "Katta Panchayat". 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 3. The petitioner contends that he is being harassed regarding a money transaction based on a complaint given by the sixth respondent. Whereas, the petitioner's complaint has been closed as civil in nature, after enquiry. 4. Recording the above statements, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Moreover, it is made clear that if the petitioner is required for any other case, the respondent police is required to issue summons and thereafter, enquire the petitioner.
