Judgment 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2. The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 7.7.2014 in accordance with law. 3. The petitioner places reliance upon the No Objection Certificate given by the Tahsildhar, Illupur and the same reads as follows: “TAMIL” 4. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2014, by taking into consideration the No Objection Certificate given by the Tahsildhar, Illupur, after conducting an enquiry and shall pass an appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner should be afforded an opportunity of personal hearing. That apart, it is open to the second respondent to call for the records from the Revenue Officials. 5. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
