Judgment 1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. 2. The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent not to interfere in civil matter in survey No.25/6B1, 25/6B2 in Nallaenthal Village, Sivagangai District. 3. When the matter came up for hearing on 05.08.2014, the case was adjourned to today (06.08.2014) to enable the learned Government Advocate to take instructions from the respondents 1 & 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that there will be no interference by the respondent Police in respect of the civil matters, pertaining to the property in question. 4. The said submission is recorded. 5. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
