Judgment : 1. The petitioner, herein, in person seeks for issuance of writ of mandamus to implement the direction issued by the first respondent in the order dated 28.08.2012 and 28.09.2012. 2. The matter relates to a patta proceedings. The first respondent has passed the impugned order issuing certain directions to the second respondent, namely the Tahsildhar, Nilakottai. Operative portion of the order reads as follows: (“Tamil”) 3. Heard the petitioner party-in-person and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record. 4. In spite of the above direction, the second respondent has not taken action. Therefore, the petitioner once again approached the authorities by way of a representation on 21.09.2012. Once again, the first respondent has issued a direction on 28.09.2012 and the grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of such direction, the second respondent has not taken any action. 5. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the second respondent to implement the direction issued by the first respondent, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the second respondent fails to comply with the order, the first respondent, shall submit a report to the District Collector to take action against the concerned Tahsildhar, who has failed to act as per the direction of the first respondent. 6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
