Judgment : 1. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case based on his complaint dated 08.07.2014 stating that the proposed accused on 07.07.2014 encroached upon and demolished the newly constructed house. However, no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the petitioner encroached upon the public pathway and therefore he has to approach only the local authorities and revenue authorities to demarcate his property and the construction. 4. In view of that, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. The petitioner is directed to approach the concerned authorities. Accordingly, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
