JUDGMENT : A.K. Patnaik, Fakkir Mohamed Ibrahim Kalifulla, JJ. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Copies of the additional affidavit filed on behalf of the Union of India on 27th February, 2014 will be served on the counsel for the Medical Council of India as also on the standing counsel for all the States, by dasti. 3. List on Friday, the 7th March, 2014 together with I.A. No. 8 in C.A. No. 4318 of 2012. 4. In the meanwhile, so far as the counselling for admissions in to postgraduate medical courses and dental courses are concerned, only the registration part of the counselling may go on but the rest of the programme of the counselling will not be commenced until further orders from this Court. 5. This order has been passed because in case the counselling policy and the schedule of counselling and admissions are altered by this Court's orders, the ma in counselling will stand affected. 6. The learned standing counsel for all the States will obtain instructions in the meanwhile and will be prepared in all respects.
