Judgment : 1. The petitioner contends that he was assaulted on 18.02.2014 by the proposed accused resulting in suffering from the injuries. Therefore, the petitioner gave a complaint on 19.02.2014 which was not registered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the petitioner has not cooperate with the respondent police for enquiry. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 11.08.2014 and after conducting enquiry if cognizable offence is made out, the respondents are directed to register the complaint. 5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
