Judgment : 1. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents. 2. It is evident from the documents produced by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, especially, the patta dated 29.11.2011 and the communication of the Tahsildar dated 08.08.2012, that the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the property measuring to an extent of 4 Acres 17 Cents comprised in Survey No.50/1A1B, 50/1A1C bearing patta No.763. 3. Therefore, the petitioner is entitled to enjoy the property including the police protection for fencing the property and also for protection of life and limb. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
