JUDGMENT Hon'ble Vipin Sinha, J. Supplementary affidavit, filed today, is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 05.07.2014 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Kanpur Nagar by means of which his application dated 05.07.2014 seeking summoning of the CCTV Footage of Seeta Kunwar Plaza Hotel has been rejected. 3. In paragraph no. 2 of the supplementary affidavit, filed today, it has been mentioned that the Hotel staff is not willing to supply a copy of CCTV Footage to the applicant, however, they have no objection in providing the same to the court if the court issues summons in that regard. 4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the court below may re-consider its order dated 05.07.2014 and may re-decide the application of the applicant, copy of which has been annexed as Annexure-3 to the affidavit accompanying the application within a period of 15 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Along with copy of this order, the applicant may also file a copy of supplementary affidavit and 482 cr.p.c. application filed before this Court. The application is disposed off.
