ORDER These contempt petitions are filed complaining of the disobedience of the order passed by this Court. Admittedly, the order is not obeyed, but the State has passed the Karnataka Private Aided Educational Institutions Employees (Salary, Pension and Other Benefits Control) Act, 2014 to get over the effect of order. In that view of the matter, these contempt petitions are closed for the time being reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said legislation.
