JUDGMENT Hon'ble Arvind Kumar Tripathi, J. Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the entire proceeding of S.T. No.180 of 2013, related to complaint case no.53 of 2012, under section 302 IPC, P.S. Paniyara, District Maharajganj. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that with regard to same incident first information report was lodged in which charge-sheet was submitted, however, regarding the same incident impugned complaint has been filed in which applicants were summoned hence it is misuse of process of law and same is liable to be quashed. Learned AGA opposed aforesaid prayer. 4. Considered the submission of learned counsel for the parties. If contention of the applicants is correct and if application is moved under section 210 Cr.P.C., it is expected that the court concerned will consider the same, expeditiously, in accordance with law. 5. Till application is decided no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants. Accordingly, present application, under section 482 Cr.P.C., is finally disposed off.
