Judgment 1. The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to regularise her services from the date of her initial appointment and to pay all consequential monetary benefits on the basis of her representation dated 27.01.2014. 2. According to the petitioner, she was appointed as Sweeper on full time basis by the fourth respondent on consolidated pay. The petitioner completed 17 years of continuous service. However, her services were not regularised. This made the petitioner to submit a representation on 27.01.2014. Since there was no follow up action taken, the petitioner is before this Court. 3. The third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 27.01.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No Costs.
