Judgment : 1. When the contempt petitions are taken up for consideration, the learned Standing Counsel for the corporation, by producing an order passed by the Commissioner, Madurai Corporation, dated 07.08.2014, submitted that the Commissioner has already passed orders permitting the petitioners to join duty. 2. The learned Standing Counsel for the corporation further submitted that it is open to the petitioners to join duty on 11.08.2014. 3. In view of the subsequent compliance of the orders passed by this Court, the Contempt Petitions are closed. No costs.
