Judgment : K.K. Sasidharan, J. 1. Even before the issuance of the statutory notice, the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.366 of 2011, dated 19.11.2012. The order passed by the respondent shows that the order was passed on 23.06.2014 and it was received by the petitioner on 26.06.2014. 2. In view of the subsequent compliance of the order passed by this Court, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
