Suresh Kait, J. (Oral):-- 1. Vide the present batch of petitions, petitioners seek directions thereby directing the respondent to decide the application of the petitioners for allotment of alternative plot bearing reference Nos. F.32 (71)/60/87/L&B/Alt, F.32(71)/61/87/L&B/Alt, F.32(71)/62/87/L&B/Alt and F.32 (71)/59/87/L&B/Alt respectively all dated 30.03.1988. 2. Earlier, similar issue came before this court in number of matters. Accordingly, respondents were directed to decide the applications of the petitioners for allotment of alternative plots as per the seniority. 3. Accordingly, petitioners shall give details in their respective affidavits of their applications whereby seeking allotment of alternative plot. On filing the affidavits, the applications, if already submitted, shall be duly processed by the respondent / Govt. of NCT of Delhi on maturity of their turn, computed from the date of submission of the applications or as per their policy, in case the policy provides otherwise. 4. It is hereby made clear that the petitioners shall not be entitled to any out of turn consideration for their applications. Accordingly, scrutiny shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of submission of the affidavits in terms of this order, provided the turn of the concerned petitioner is matured for such consideration. 5. The objection, if any, shall be communicated within two weeks on completing the scrutiny and the deficiency, if any, shall be removed within four weeks thereafter. The final decision on the applications seeking allotment of alternative plot shall be taken by the respondent within a period of 12 weeks of the deficiency being removed in all respect and shall be communicated to the persons concerned within two weeks thereafter. 6. If the respondent finds the petitioners eligible for allotment of alternative plot, the respondent will recommend the same to the Delhi Development Authority. 7. Accordingly, instant petitions are allowed on above terms. ______________
