Judgment : 1. Based on the complaint given by the second respondent, a case has been registered against the petitioners in Crime No.17 of 2012 under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 471 IPC on the ground that the petitioners herein prepared a forged document in their favour with regard to the house property which was allotted by the Government in favour of the second respondent/ de-facto complainant. The said F.I.R is being challenged before this Court. 2. When the matter is called today, all the parties are present before this Court. The second respondent/de-facto complainant would categorically state that the matter has been settled. A Memo of Compromise duly signed by both the parties and countersigned by the respective Counsels, dated 24.07.2014 is also filed. The sixth accused already died. 3. In view of the statement made by both parties and also a Memo of Compromise, no fruitful result will be achieved for further proceeding in the matter. 4. In view of the above, the entire F.I.R is quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
