Judgment : 1. Based on the complaint given by the second respondent/de-facto complainant F.I.R has been registered against the petitioners in Crime No.280 of 2013 under Sections 323, 307 IPC r/w Section 3 (1)(X) SC & ST Act. The said F.I.R is being challenged before this Court. 2. When the matter is called today, both the petitioners as well as the second respondent appeared before this Court and categorically stated that the dispute between them has been amicably settled. The second respondent/de-facto complainant categorically submitted that not to proceed further. A memo of compromise is duly signed by both parties and counsel for the parties. 3. In view of the above development no fruitful result will be achieved in proceeding the matter. 4. Accordingly, the F.I.R is quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
