Judgment : 1. The Learned Counsel for the Appellant has made an endorsement in the typed set of papers of the Criminal Appeal to the effect “The above Criminal Appeal is settled outside the Court. Hence the same is withdrawn as settled outside Court”. 2. Recording the aforesaid fact and the endorsement so made, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, since the matter is settled out of Court.
