Judgment : 1. This Court by an order dated 19.12.2013, directed the respondents to pass appropriate orders by considering the representation of the petitioner in the light of the Division Bench judgment of this Court in W.A.No.500 of 2008 dated 16.6.2008 and the judgment of Madurai Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD) No.1506 of 2011 dated 17.6.2013, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Since the said order has not been implemented within the specified time as directed by this Court, the petitioner has come up with the above contempt petition. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner was considered in accordance with law and the fourth respondent has rejected the request of the petitioner. The learned Special Government Pleader also produced a copy of the order passed by the fourth respondent dated 30.7.2014 3. Since the order has been complied with, now nothing survives for adjudication in the contempt petition, the contempt petition is closed. However, the aggrieved party is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law, if he is so aggrieved.
