Judgment : 1. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners has made an endorsement in the Criminal Original Petition Typed Set of Papers to the effect that the Petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and this Court may dismiss the said Petition. 2. Recording the said fact and the endorsement so made, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.
