Judgment 1. The complaint given by the petitioner has been registered in Crime No.203 of 2013 on 15.07.2013, under Sections 147, 441, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003. Seeking early filing of the final report, the petitioner is before this Court. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to investigate the matter and file a final report as expeditiously as possible. 4. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
