Judgment 1. The learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the writ petition with liberty to challenge the licence issued to the second respondent. 2. In view of the endorsement so made, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty. Consequently, connected M.P.(md).No.1 of 2014 is also dismissed. No costs.
