Judgment 1. The petitioner has come before this Court seeking police protection based on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.07.2014. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the F.I.R has been registered in Crime No.807 of 2014 on 01.08.2014, under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC. 3. Since the F.I.R has been registered and the Investigating Officer who is present before this Court, would submit that he will arrest the accused, there is no necessity to give police protection to the petitioner. However, if necessary, the respondents police shall give police protection. 4. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
