Judgment : 1. This matter is posted today for reporting compliance. The respondent is present in Court today. The respondent expressed his difficulty to comply with the order, as according to him, in case, the admission was made through Management Quota, education loan should not be sanctioned. 2. There is no basis for the said apprehension. This court has made it clear several times that even the students who obtained admission under Management Quota, are eligible for educational loan. When this was pointed, the respondent has given an undertaking that he would sanction loan forthwith. 3. In view of the above undertaking, this Contempt Petition is closed. In case, the respondent fails to honour his undertaking, the Contempt Petition will be reopened.
